Every journey begins with a complimentary consultation designed to help us get to know each other. During this conversation, we’ll explore your past travel experiences, dream destinations, hobbies, preferences, and your vision for the upcoming trip. We’ll also outline how we’ll collaborate and review our design fees.
Creation
This is where the magic happens. Using our travel expertise and extensive connections, we craft a custom itinerary tailored to you. From unique perks to exclusive experiences you won’t find online, we ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned. You can choose to be as involved or hands-off in this process as you’d like.
Preparation
Once your itinerary is finalized and bookings are confirmed, we’ll be working behind the scenes with our partners to arrange for potential upgrades, fulfill special requests, and add those finishing touches. Your final itinerary will be sent to your preferred email approximately 2 weeks prior to your departure date.

Who Are They For
If you are hands-on and enjoy planning your vacation but are not familiar with the destination, getting stuck on logistics and need expert advice, our customized consultation calls are for you.
What You Will Receive
Expert advice and travel insights on the specified destination.
A maximum of three hotel recommendations customized to your needs.
Tour recommendations and links to book.
Fees
We charge a $65 non refundable fee for a 30mn consultation call.
Should you choose to book your trip* with us within 10 business days of your consultation call, this fee will be applied toward your planning fee.
*applicable only to the trip outlined during the consultation call.
How to Schedule Your Customized Consultation Call
Get in touch and provide as much detailed information as possible on your future travel plans. This will ensure our time is used effectively for a productive outcome.
Once we receive your request, you will be sent an invoice from Stripe. After collecting payment, a Calendly link will arrive in your inbox to schedule your appointment.
